License Agreement

This License Agreement governs the use of software, digital products, and licensed content provided by AYASOFT Online Shop.

1. License Grant
   Upon purchase, AYASOFT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the product description.
2. Restrictions
   You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify licensed products unless explicitly permitted.
3. Ownership
   All intellectual property rights remain the property of AYASOFT or the respective licensors.
4. Termination
   Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.
5. Governing Law
   This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
